Yeah, you’ve already guessed: another recipe from Cupcakes and muffins. The good thing about this recipe is that it allowed me to go back to one of my big loves, Milka chocolate. And the muffins came out fluffy and really tasty.
Here it how it goes: mix together 250g flour with 2.5 tsp baking powder, 30g cocoa powder and 3 Tbsp brown sugar. In another bowl, combine 90g butter, melted, 1 egg lightly beaten, 190 ml milk and 115g sour cream. Fold in the wet ingredients into the dry ones. Add 200g (Milka) chocolate, roughly chopped and 100g almonds, roughly grounded.
Pre-grease the muffin cups and spoon the batter. Bake over medium heat for 15 mins, until the chocolate chunks look like boiling in the muffins. They should half melt and give a nice texture to the muffins. They go perfect with cold milk, while still warm.
Enjoy and have a beautiful Sunday!
