Here comes another yummy recipe from Hamlyn All Color 200 Cupcakes. This is recipe no. 50. To be honest with you, I didn’t quite thought I could make it. But here I am, only 2 recipes away from my grand finale.
Here is how this story goes.
One bowl for the 200g flour, 160g brown sugar, 2.5 tsp baking powder, 2 Tbsp cocoa and 150g dried fruit and almond mix (finely chopped).
In another bowl, combine 80g melted butter with 125g plain yoghurt, 200 ml milk and 2 eggs, lightly beaten.
Combine the wet and the dry ingredients, and fold in 100g milk chocolate, finely chopped. Bake over low to medium heat, in a preheated oven.
Once out, let cool in the pan for a couple of minutes. They are perfect for the morning glass of milk.
